Hello, I have a comment on your subject, my name is Meka, PERSONALLY- I THINK marriage is MORE SERIOUS to me than kids. NOT BECAUSE, I had 6 of them before I got married. BUT BECAUSE, MY RELATIONSHIPS weren't right. I MEAN this is a man that I am STUCK with for the rest of my LIFE. I want things to be more than half good. Where as KIDS those are yours reguardless. You can be MARRIED, turn around 10 years later get a DIVORCE and your STILL STUCK with them. My "NANA" always told me "whether the father is there or NOT your gonna always have to take care of those children" WHICH to me is TRUE because even though I married my last 2kids father. IT STILL FEELS like I"M doing it by myself SOMETIMES. Because their only gonna do but so much. I take MARRIAGE SERIOUSLY, I watched  my mom go through 3 marriages her sister,3 and her brother 2. There is NOMORE colors to wear to a wedding! except BLACK! IF they had a DRIVE-THRU  I would recommend it. BUT, I TOLD my husband BEFORE I married him, ONCE you take this VOWEL, I"M taking YOUR LAST NAME to the GRAVE with me. EVEN, AFTER the DIVORCE.

Hello, my name is Meka, Personally- I think they do just because "They Can" or because thats their way of STARRING UP KAOS" between 2 women to see who WANTS him the MOST. BASICALLY, They GET OFF on it. It BOOST their EGO. I DON"T give them the satisfactory! I'm the one to TEACH you a lesson. NOT, to actually go out and fool around. I just want EVERYONE to know if u have Any thing that you want to ask me or just want to TALK about ANYTHING I am here, I been through ALOT of Stuff and made it through. I am definately honest and I don't hide nothing, very outspoken, and if anything you MIGHT get offended for some of the answers that I give, BUT, I'm NOT judgemental, I have HAD some REAL EXPERIENCES myself. I don't take sides,I believe in "Right is Right" and "Wrong is Wrong", and Im NOT going to tell you "What you wanna hear" BUT, "What you NEED to hear". It's GOOD for you sometimes to HEAR other people opinion.

Hello Go-get tah,(smile)I like that, and 1faith. Anyways, my name is Tameka, and I can understand what your saying. BUT, I am one of them that get foodstamps, and its STILL HARD. What I mean is , YES, i get stamps but you should see the BULLSHIT that you have to do now to get them because the system is so screwed up. I have 7 kids, I'm 35 , 20 years ago,you could apply for stamps, and BOOM!, you get them. REGUARDLESS what your situation was or whether the father was there or NOT. BUT NOW! you can't get nothing, unless you turn the FATHER'S NAME in to them, because they want their money BACK. THAT, I can understand. AND, you have to be working or going to school or disabled. I am NOT PROUD of MY situation, but, I KEEP IT REAL !, I have 7 KIDS with 6 babydaddy's and my last 2 kids have the same father, and i lost 2 from him so i would of had 9.( no, I can't have anymore) I MARRIED him LAST year, and they are making him pay CHILDSUPPORT. as long as i am getting foodstamps and mediciaid not cash assistance. HE has to back pay them too, from the time our 3 year old was born. WE havent been to court for the 1 year old yet but we will. I just found out today that I was SANCTION (means you cant get your stamps until you comply with childsupport) They said I miss my court date back in JANUARY for my last child, but i never received anything in the mail. But they do not care so, i have to go to the childsupport office FIRST before im able to get my foodstamps this month even though it wasn't my fought. They take 82.00 out of his check a week so they can get there money. That's not including all the taxes. On FRIDAY, when he comes home he brings less than $150.00. AND the sad part about it is they don't care about what is being tooken out of his check. I had ADDED him on to my household at one time, when he moved in, (because you have to report that to within 10 days) they gave me to $350.00 a month. And that is whats suppose to feed us all month, for 9 people. BUT, we're separated right now.I STILL have to spend ALOT of cash on food. They were only able to get Support for 3 of my other children because they dont ENFORCE it like their SUPPOSE too.BUT HELL, one of them quit their job so i dont get that no more. ONE time they cut all my childsupport checks OFF , for $20.00 a month for 7 KIDS they said thats all i QUALIFIED for, and i could not receive BOTH, their cash assistance and child support, it had to be one or the other. SO, I called them and told them keep the cash assistance. WHAT is $20.00 a month going to do? I had to WAIT til the FOLLOWING  month to get my checks back. SO, for a whole month they gave me $20.00. GIRLS! I WAS CRYING! THEY still don't care to me . well, i will write you  again tomorrow. IF you THINK the SYSTEM is SCREWED up? WAIT untl I tell you about what the section 8 program in TAMPA terminated me for. KNOWING i'm disabled and not working with 7 kids. When you TRY to do the RIGHT thing, IT STILL can BACK-FIRE in your FACE. SO, NO! YOUR NOT the only one. DON"T FEEL ALONE. HOPE to hear fom you. mekababy07@yahoo.com

These are my 2 youngest children whome I lOVE with all my heart. I have 5 older ones too. I have great kids,whom I will ALWAYS be there for even though it gets HARD. BUT, GOD KNOWS, I will DO MY BEST to KEEP us CLOSE. I"m all they have. 

 Hello, my name is Tameka, and I am a mother of 7. I 've been terminated from the section 8 program, Basicly because, I didnt report things in a TIMELY Manner. I just found this out on 5/08/08. So, that means I have to MOVE out of my home by 5/30/08, with my children I don't work I am now disabled. I only get chilldsupport for 2 of my kids, and SSI, thats less than $900.00 a month. You know, I've been in WORSE situations than this, I was an alcoholic for 15 years, now, I've been SOBBER for 7 years, without NO HELP , just quit COLD TURKEY ,which is not EASY , I FIGHT the taste, EVERYDAY.  I RAISED my kids by myself, by any means necessary, we've NEVER been SEPARATED. I've been pregnant 9 times , 2 of them I miscarried, I have had a knee surgery that was UNBEARABLE PAIN, i DON'T HAVE A car to go back and fourth to the doctors, I just found out I have Diabetes. I already have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. OH! and not including, the physical abuse I ENDORED in past relationships , I,ve been KICKED,STOMPED ,CHOKED OUT, PISTOL WHIPPED, etc. EVERYTHING you could think of done happen to me. BUT, by the GRACE OF GOD , I'm STILL HERE with my KIDS. Staying STRONG, I am 35 years old now, and I just enrolled in SCHOOL, last week, at KAPLAN Univerity High School, getting my diploma online. And, the DEVIL is BUSY, they send me this letter, saying I have to move, BAD ENOUGH, I'm trying to pay for school every month,out of my pocket, that I'm basically,"robbing peter to pay paul"  JUST to get an education because right now i live in the hood and I want a better life for me and the kids. I DONT HAVE ANY MONEY, NO DEPOSIT MONEY,or FIRST MONTHS RENT. The DEVIL is trying to make me just GIVE UP, but, I WON'T! I have  too much DETERMINATION. ESSPEASIALLY, to go to college.SO, PLEASE HELP ME WITH DONATIONS RIGHT AWAY, for me and my KIDS can have a home.YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT WILL MEAN TO US.
